Happy New Year Everyone!! Have you set new intentions for this year? I have been working on mine. Last year was such a whirlwind with the book release. It was an experience I am so grateful for. Your support has been incredible, thank you for pre-ordering, ordering and giving them as gifts! I could have never imagined that my first cookbook would be a best seller, best cookbook lists and make it into Target, Crate & Barrel and Anthropology stores. I still get gitty every time I see it on a shelf. This year I hope to simplify things a little, including some of the salad recipes by creating some with fewer ingredients.
